Must sign up at least two weeks in advance of play (exceptions will be based on availability). A sign up sheet will be posted next to the Pro Shop. The Pairing Committee Member will make pairings from that sheet and a captain of each group will be chosen. The captain will notify the other members of the pairing and will be responsible for arranging a tee time.

Cancellations MUST be made before the purchase of a starting time or the member canceling is liable to the captain for the cost of the greens fee and the cart fee, if riding. Call the Pairing Committee Member with changes or additions no later than Friday after signing up.
