| CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP - Five awards will be given. Low gross will win the Club Championship and low gross winner in each flight will be awarded a prize. |
| GOLDEN OAKS TOURNAMENT - Low net will be awarded a Golden Oaks pin and weekly prize award. |
| WEEKLY TOURNAMENTS - Weekly tournament prizes will be awarded to the six lowest net scores, unless otherwise noted. |
| RINGERS - First, second and third place prizes will be awarded for both gross and net. |
| MOST IMPROVED - A prize will be awarded to the most improved player of the year. To be eligible, you must have been a member with a handicap at the end of the previous season and you must participate in at least five tournaments. Previous season ending handicap or opening season handicap if a member played "away" during winter months will be the starting handicap for improvement purposes. The most improved will be based on the most current handicap information at the time of the annual closing dinner. |
| BIRDIE/EAGLE TREE - A Birdie/Eagle Tree is kept in the Pro Shop. When you get a birdie or eagle, in Tournament play, write your name, date and hole number on the "bird" and place it on the tree. Everyone who gets a birdie/eagle will receive a prize (one per person). |
| HOLE-IN-ONE
- As a member of the club, a prize will be awarded to any club member who gets a hole-in-one during
OHWGA's regular golf season at Oak Hills but is not limited to tournament play.
The cost is an additional $2 with your membership to be eligible. We did not have a winner in 2004, 2005 or 2006 season so the pot is currently $344 before membership dues are added for the 2007 season! |
